Heifer's Revenge, Hot Cocoa, and Pomegranate Sorbet were some of our favorites!

I’m visiting from out of town. I’m very particular about my ice cream always searching for places that prioritize fresh and “homemade” something that’s impossible to find these days. I guess you have to drive out of state to find these kinds of locations. Well, Thurgood did not disappoint. The vanilla and chocolate flavors were exceptional. The soft and rich textures reminded me of the deliciousness of Italian gelatos. I ordered the flavors on a waffle. Others in my party ordered the ice cream nachos. In addition to the ice cream, they have shakes which I plan to try next time I’m in town. Last but not least, the people. They were patient while we sampled flavors a super important part of a “mom and pop” establishment. This makes such a difference and why I’m coming back and highly recommending this establishment. If you’re from out of town, look no further to quench your sweet tooth.
